Well, what is to be expected. When Huggs teaches them to play in your face, physical, knock down type of basketball then why would you expect them to react any differently in situations other than the way they play for 40 minutes on the floor. Huggs' players "ride" and mug opposing players with the fall 94' down the floor. When Refs start calling the game a little close, then Huggs is constantly berating them, gesturing, yelling, etc. up and down the sidelines. I find it ironic that Danny D. yells out from the sidelines, never uncrosses his arms, and gets T'ed up. Huggs gets a bad call, in his eyes, and goes on constant 5-10 minute rants, with nothing called. I guess some coaches with longevity and a lot of wins get special treatment, but the NCAA would vehemently deny this.
Huggs' T (rhymes with Huggs). I know the negative connotation that word carries. But its an attitude and method of play that Bob Huggins seems awfully proud of, sad to say!
