Coach Toney was a great guy. He and Mr Rone were the best.

Have different thoughts on Toney, but hated he got sick and passed.

The Rone Ranger was one of my favorite teachers and he still posts on here from time to time.

Find it interesting three Sun Belt teams have reached out to him and one was a team that was on fire at the end of the season (Arky State), and they seemed to just use guards and know how to use them.

Best of luck and hopefully he sticks with his next school and he doesn't get yo-yo'ed by the staff or thrown under the bus by the coach.

Best of luck to him.  Personally I think he got the shaft here.  Saw comments like "he wouldn't play in the system."  As a guy who transferred schools because of a coach, I hope Crawford finds a spot that appreciates what he can do.

Dan should have looked at him a little more thoroughly before bringing him on campus. He didn't do the kid or program any favors by not doing so. I wish the kid well.

What in D'Antoni past coaching history, his time PRIOR to coming to MU, etc., makes ANYONE think that he can consistently bring in BETTER TALENT, PLAYERS, etc., than those he has currently, than the players who are departing, transferring, etc..  The area of ability to recruit was a major topic, question, etc., by basketball observers, pundits, etc., when he got the MU job, and those questioning Danny have been proven RIGHT!!!
