44-39 Herd at the Half. Elmore has 13 pts and 7 assists. But, is still struggling to hit jump shots (hasn't made one tonight that I've seen but I missed the first couple of minutes.) Paneva joins Jon in double figures with 10 pts to go along with 4 rebounds and a couple of blocked shots.

Burks 0 points. Dani Kolijnain (sp?) has stepped up tonight he has 9 at the break.

The Eagles have doubled us up so far on the boards 28-13 and 13-2 on the offensive end. A big part of why they are still in the game.

On a side note, we're very very weak inside, that's going to cause problems down the road. The good news is DD can coach up the players and they can get better as the season goes on.

I like our guard play potential, but I don't know if our inside game won't get exposed once we get into conference play.  Last year, we had Taylor we could put down low and he'd give us some resemblance of a competitive inside game.  Morehead is winning the boards tonight.

Why do we not send at least one person to the help rebound our missed foul shots? I saw at least two misses we could have rebounded if we had one person in position.

We have to be smarter than this. That shot is fine at other points of the game, but not at that moment. At that moment it was a terrible shot selection.

Bad loss for basketball team. Got very sloppy and cold for the last 5 minutes. Looked tired to me as well. Team can not rebound. Morehead state beat then on the offensive glass.

We're not going to win many games with our leaders having this many turnovers and not making free throws. Morehead has a double edge over us in the rebounding dept.
