  • Fancher's made some good throws and some bad throws.  One thing is clear, though.  They will play for him.  He has the team.  The defense doesn't seem to mind bailing him out and relish it.  Ali and Payne don't mind taking it on their shoulders when the pass game isn't working.

    That was the one big thing Litton and Green didn't have.  The guys looked like they didn't want to be there in '16-'19.  These guys are having fun, even with the slow starts and the stalled offenses.

    He may have the team. Not sure if he could sustain a multi-first down drive if he had too.

    That's true.

    But you have to be able to trust a QB to be accurate enough to get a first down or two to close out a game on offense.
