That's fine as long as they go after every penny these guys have down to their kid's piggy bank and they never do business in this state again.  If they weren't keeping up with reclamation and the fund then we the taxpayers should be able to pierce the corporate veil anyway we can.  What choice do we have? 

The Bidens and the Obamas should also be squeezed for bankrupting the coal industry and leaving behind a mess here.  And none of that environmental foofoo. They're using coal-fired plants to power their electric cars and their manufacturing of them.  They don't give a crap about the environment.  Should have put the money towards cleaner burning if they really wanted to help, but it's all a sham anyway.
