Being at the game, I find it hard to believe that it wasn't on the hit he suffered while fumbling. He was completely blindsided.
That?s exactly what I thought at the time and what also has me a little extra concerned. I?ve since learned the concussion actually occurred on his TD run, and if you watch, you can see he gets hit in the head then looks wobbly for a split second getting back up. I didn?t notice it live at all and it was the length of about two breaths. It?s easier to see with the benefit of hindsight.
I?m concerned because the blindside hit was also jarring, and couldn?t have helped. That?s when the symptoms became apparent.
