This is Charlotte (Ga State level talent).  Ga State have nfl players?  Probably not

Herd talent has been vastly overrated by Fans.  Snyder recruited better talent than Holliday but didn?t have the overall assistants needed to win consistently in a tougher league. 

We did not win multiple cusa league titles under Holliday bc our talent was equal to our peer schools not better.

I hope Coach Huff can ignite a talent uptick. He needs to time to recruit and find the best assistant coaches he can.
