  • Anyone heard if there is an intent to remove the current tarped seats anytime soon? Maybe a two phase project?

  • That looks fabulous. I hope that the cabana prices are affordable so they can sell that area out.

I'm glad they are doing something with the endzone. I'm just not a fan of the current rendering. I'm hoping the final rendering is something more along the lines of what Southen Miss has.

  • I'd like to see them basically just add bathrooms and concessions leaving that area open for most part. Maybe some shade umbrellas with permanent stools and hightop tables. Take whatever was intended for the endzone structure and put it towards suites above the east stands. I know I may be in the minority, but the way the Joan is designed it would make for better seating and improved appearance. Example below...

I would love to see more suites on the East Side, especially since there is apparently a waiting list for those boxes.

If that's true, what's the hold up?

  • I would think East side boxes would be staring into the sun for the end of 1PM games, most of 4PM games and the 1st qtr of 7PM games early in the season???

yeah, I know the sun can be pretty brutal that side of stadium. I have to assume tho there is a tinted glass that could fix that problem. Just seems to me having sideline seats are much better than endzone.
