Topic: Marshall’s Reaves moves back to outside WR

HUNTINGTON — Deandre Reaves’ role as the Marshall football team’s kick returner is a constant. He’s considered one of the best at that role, and college football expert Phil Steele named him to the third team on his All-America list.

Otherwise, Reaves has bounced around the Thundering Herd offense. He’s spent time at slot receiver, outside receiver, even running back. After sharing backup duties at slot this preseason to the now-departed Angelo Jean-Louis, the fifth-year senior is back with the outside receivers

I am a fan of Reaves and I think this is a great move. Reaves is talented. I think he is on the doorstep of a great season. He is one that I cannot wait to watch this year.

Its so exciting to see him return kicks. Seriously was so close to busting several loose last year. The return in the bowl game was the best. That kicker is still searching for his jock strap.  It would be great to see him racking up some receiving yards and if they can get him in the open field on some of those passes- LOOK OUT
