‘Paint the Capital Green’ pep rally set for Wednesday

CHARLESTON — Thundering Herd alumni, fans and friends are invited to the Embassy Suites Hotel in Charleston Wednesday, Aug. 20, to celebrate Marshall University athletics during the 11th Annual Paint the Capital City Green event. The tailgate starts at  6 p.m., and the formal program begins at 7:15 p.m.
