  • Myself, and many others lost a great friend this evening at 5:45 pm, with the passing of Ted Wilson.
Ted and his support of Marshall University, will be greatly missed.
He made sure "The 75" were not forgotten.
What a "Great man", that I was blessed to have as a friend.

  • Ted was a Herd fan through and through. As was said above, he and Mike Stapleton have worked tirelessly over the years keeping the honor of the 75 alive. They have coordinated the Marcello Lajterman Memorial Golf Classic each year. Ted, you will be missed
Today, I consider myself, the luckiest man on the face of the earth..

  • I have spent hours and hours with Ted talking Marshall athletics. Many of you may recall he was the Athletic Department Business Manager for a number of years in the 1970?s. My prayers are extended to his wife Linda and to all that loved this wonderful man.In recent years his management of the Marcelo Lajterman Golf Scramble at Creekside provided a venue to honor Marcelo and the?75?.                        RIP dear friend.
