Steve Sciullo was a 4th round pick of the Colts in '03.
Scott Harper played for the Ravens in '01-02, Arena ball from '02-'04, and the Redskins in '04.
Nate McPeek was with the Packers practice squad in '04.
Steve Perretta was in camp with the Colts in '04.
Nathan Leslie played National Indoor Football League (ohio valley greyhounds) in '04.

Incidentally, blocking tight ends:

Greg Kellett was in Colts camp in '02 and nfl europe afterward.
Jason Rader was on Falcons practice squad in '04.

I know McHale doesn't specifically coach the tight ends, but these two were blockers first, receivers second, and he obviously played a role in their development.
