Also, the women's team will go for a school record for wins in a season today.

If we aren't going to dump Dan, we're saving his buy out salary times two.  If reports of what our coaches are making are anywhere accurate, we could more than double Cauldwell's salary and still be financially ahead.  We came up with big bucks for our soccer coach after he succeeded so much, we should do the same for her.

Renegate her contract for double her salary, keep it at seven years, and boost the buy out.

Simply, raise her salary and roll over her contract. One of the smart things Spears did was give her a 7-year contract.
