Topic: Can't open a link in "full screen"

My wife somehow??????? did something to our computer and now we can't open a link in "full screen" when we click on it????? such as:
http://www.herald-dispatch.com/
When we open up Herd Nation as an example and someone has listed a link that we want to view we then click on it but it doesn't open up in the "full screen" mode (it just has a small display at the top of the screen and we have to click on the maximize button for it to open AND display. Can someone please help? Also we have Windows Vista 2007.

To try the simplest thing first...  Close all your browser windows...then open a new one.  If it opens up small just like when you click a link, click the maximize icon and then surf to another page just to be safe then close the window.  Try opening a new browser window, if that doesn't work let me know what browser you're using and I'll give you further instructions.

Another scenario would be to not open Herd Nation.

There is your problem.  IE SUCKS.  Go to tools and internet options then click on the advanced tabs and then click on reset.
