  • First of all, I am not a big fan of Trump. I am a firm believer in applying the law equally to every citizen. The FBI has been ethically challenged with Trump. We all know of the FBI involvement in the Russia hoax and their lawless behavior in the FISA Courts with Carter Page. The FBI has a shady history beginning with its founding by J Edgar Hoover. I see now that the FBI is opposing the appointment of an independent special master to review the items taken from Trump. Considering the FBI's record of not applying the law equally, it would be in the FBI best interest to have a special master review the material? All the FBI might be doing is making Trump into a martyr. If the FBI really has a case against Trump, then they should not be afraid of special master.

  • I think he does have something on them. Something big. This terrific article was half joking he must have Epstein's list but explores the situation logically. He scares them. And not just the Dems/leftists. He scares the swamp creatures of both parties and establishment money/power grabbing constituencies. He is the existential threat to them not climate change. My opinion is as DT's backed candidates continue to win at a torrid pace the pressure becomes even greater. If Murkowski goes down in Alaska and/or Collins in Maine than it means it is really open season on Rhino's etc...which also mean McConnel will be at risk when his term is up and his rank as majority leader will be jeopardy before that. McCarthy and Graham will also eventually be in crosshairs.

In any case, I agree with the article that DT is going to be charged and likely indicted.  As long as he is charged in DC, he will be indicted most likely where they know he won't get a fair shake.  They will drag it out so it can play in the media for months or even years. The charge will be bogus no doubt but the end game is if he is indicted than some states will refuse to put his name on the ballot depending on the state law and who is running the state.  These criminals will hope it's enough to keep him from running or winning if he does. Most likely he will win on appeal but the damage, in their minds, will be done. Much like Harry Reid lying about Romney's tax returns.

You are 100% correct , he will be guilty even before the "trial" starts . This is all about keeping their little club together , Trump was never a member and they want him gone .

  • I just wonder if it ever dawns on some of these people that whether you like trump or not govt of the people for the people is gone if this comes to fruition.

Even if you are a liberal trump hating democrat you should be very concerned.

  • Another angle put forth by DT aide Kash Patel is he thinks the FBI is really after the declassified materials concerning the Russia Hoax and HRC server. He said DT totally declassified those a couple months before he left office but never released them to the public.  Patel thinks they want to destroy them and ensure the public never gets to see the documents. Patel has a pretty strong track record of being truthful and it sort of makes sense they would want that info gone especially if HRC decides to run again. And we all know the "agencies" don't want to look bad above all else including truth so they are willing to do whatever is necessary to avoid the embarrassments of Strok/Paige and others.

Bill Oreilly said Trump lawyers have all that info saved and even if they got those documents, they have copies.

  • "WASHINGTON (AP) ? A federal judge in Florida told the Justice Department on Saturday to provide her with more specific information about the classified records removed from former President Donald Trump's Florida estate and said it was her ?preliminary intent? to appoint a special master in the case.

The two-page order from U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon signals that she?s inclined to grant a request from Trump?s lawyers, who this week asked for the appointment of an independent special master to oversee the review the records taken from Mar-a-Lago and identify any that may be protected by executive privilege, and to ensure the return of any documents outside the scope of the search warrant."
