Going at it today as the polar plunge sits in. Catering a function Thursday night for 100 so I figured I’d get the pulled pork smoked before the dangerous cold sits in. Funny thing is the feels like temp this morning is up to -1
Supposed to warm up Sunday and I’m thinking making some ribs for a super bowl party we are going to.
