It is with a breaking heart that I write this my first post. My son Scott Donahoe (BUYNTELOS4) has unexpectedly passed from this his temporary home to collect his rewards with his lord and savior JESUS CHRIST. Scott was a true Son of Marshall. He loved watching his Herd, and interacting with everyone on this board. Scott leaves behind a beautiful wife and two future Sons of Marshall as well as myself and his mom, and a host of grieving friends and relatives. Please keep us in your prayers and I will end this post with what i am sure Scott would want me to say. GO HERD!!!!

Prayers for his entire family, and for you and his mom as well. I can tell by your post that God was near him in his passing and rewarding him now for his love, profession and acceptance of Christ in his own life.

I'm truly sadden and shocked! to learn about your son's passing. I met Scott a few years ago at a church here in Huntington and we hit it off immediately. Scott definitely loved Marshall University and Herd sports. My sincerest condolences to you, and Scott's family at a very difficult time.

So sad. It's different when you know someone only as their persona on a message board. I didn't realize that I hadn't seen his posts in some time on here until I saw this message. And then you realize that you won't read anything from them again. It definitely leaves a hole. He will be missed. My condolences.
