Same offense that scored 31 in the first. And Birdsong played nearly the entire 4th quarter. I didn't say they were worldbeaters. I think they have a lot of work to do before WKU. All I'm saying is they are starting to find that rhythm. As always, appreciate your sims. I wasn't trying to knock what you are doing. Just wanted to point out some intangibles that can't be accounted for.

Oh, no offense taken (pardon the pun) nor intended... I more see our offense as adequate. I hope they have a breakout this week.

I was at the game two years ago when we lost on the last play of the game.  Our defense was not where they are now so that will help.  They didn't have much of a crowd (it was Thursday night and freezing) most left at half time as it was on TV.  The band was awesome.  Made a lot of noise.  Even received a warning from the officials to be careful when they were playing.  Will be at this game also.  Go Herd.

everybody knows this O is not dynamic but they did score 16 more on FAU than FIU did(in 3 qtrs.) just in the past few weeks. And FIU got a bunch on MT. Then you consider defense and it makes me hopeful. Still I wouldn't bet the farm.

I was hoping for a turn around, but all indications were that this was going to be a close one.  Sagarin and Massey predicted we win.  Vegas, ESPN's FPI, and 0-3 predicted we lose.
