The tryout superstar moving on.  Obviously no great loss, but unfortunately doesn't free up a scholarship.

  • My guess is that he has been told that he isn't getting put on scholarship and he has decided to move on.

  • Oh well....

During scrimmages against our own team, he was getting lost in transaction plays, getting swatted away by all the bigs here, wasn't that athletic and slow. He is built and would attempt to get after rebounds, and he has a good shot when no one is guarding him.

His upside was going to be Goran or Toussaint....actually surprised he didn't go on scholarship now that I typed that haha.

  • Wish him the best. I don't know anything about him since he didn't see the court at all this year.

I wish him the best as well.

It's not his fault DD refuses to assess who is D1 talent that could actually help us win a Sun Belt title

  • Just waiting to see how many more will hit the transfer portal. Isn't Toussaint and Braun supposed to be going that route? I thought that was why they redshirted, to get another year of eligibility once they transferred.

  • He was a walk on and was not going to be put on Scholarship and was basically told that
But your flag decal won't get you into Heaven any more.
They're already overcrowded from your dirty little war.
Now Jesus don't like killin' no matter what the reason's for,
And your flag decal won't get you into Heaven any more.

News flash:  Danny couldn't recruit ants to a "major spill" at a maple syrup plant even if all of the doors were wide open around the clock and all the windows were out!!

He is, and has been throughout his entire MU coaching tenure, a very, very WEAK and HORRENDOUS recruiter!!!

  • Pete Moe is not really a good example of the short comings of Dan's program.  The problem is all the guys he has given scholarships to that simply don't have D1 talent.
