The ladies won the first set 24-19 but dropped the next three sets to lose 3-1. North Texas was the opponent. NT was the number one seed, MU the number eight seed.

I think the team ended up 11-19, probably one of the worst records Mitch Jacobs has had for a while. Believe we lost a lot of experience/talent from last year's squad. I think we have a lot of returning players, frosh, sophs, etc., returning next year plus Mitch usually lands some solid talent every year. Like last year's football record, we can all hope that this year's record is just an anomaly or a bump in the road and the volleyball team can rebound solidly in 2018-19!!
