My guess is NC State or Indiana
- I would say we are solidly on 13 line but could jump to 12 depending on conf tournaments although that is looking less likely
Some other teams that have been mentioned:
- Notre Dame (NET #7) won ACC tourney and will likely to get a seed better than projected and play a 15 seed or at worse a 14
- VT (NET #19) has been playing without best player. If she is unavailable they will likely drop quite a bit and not play us. They lost at home by 30 in conf tourney 1st round
- UConn (NET #2) will likely be a top 8 and play a 16/15 seed imo.
- Fairfield (NET #82) can really shoot the ball and are very well coached but play in a bad league where next highest NET is #181 (Siena) and their OOC best win is at home vs St Johns (17-14). They did beat B10 Rutgers but they are 8-24.

Also to another question about payouts. There is currently no unit payout like men's tourney. There may be some compensation but not like the men are paid out. However, ESPN recently signed major TV rights deal and the speculation is they will soon begin paying in units like the men. While WNBA is struggling for survival for many reasons, the college women's game popularity is growing rapidly. Good timing for us for sure.
