A player in this case just received tuition room and board and didn't even play in a one game. He should have to refund the expenses back to Marshall since he didn't fulfill his agreement. There should be a rule that the player must stay one year before transferring, no transferring after one semester. The inmates are running the asylum! I at the point of not following college sports anymore.
