Yea, that's incorrect.   The NCAA allows 4.   Last year we had Adam, Corny, Mark, Justin.    Neal is DOBO and Ryan is Assistant DOBO.   This year, you have Rob, Adam, Mark.    Neal is DOBO and Ryan is Assistant DOBO.   Now, the NCAA will allow us an extra guy for recruiting since we are down a coach, but in no world does the NCAA allow 5 coaching or recruiting (on the road) assistants.

Nothing against CJ at all because I?ve met the dude a couple times and was a class act.  But wouldn?t it have been a better decision to have made Rob the head man for the job?  Every time I think about this decision I think about the late old man of Pawn Stars.  Some people?s kids.

i had incorrectly thought that Yeast had played in some games- i didn't know she sat out due to injury.  well, this is good that two potentially solid players will be matured a year and active.  hope coach gets a total roster to keep the substitution, pressure D and scoring style

If I recall correctly, she was hurt during her senior year in HS. Don't know how many games missed in regular season but she missed the entire state tourney I believe. Consider she amassed those stats while missing a part of senior year. Originally a Buffalo commit but she de-committed after some player defections. Her highlight tape looks pretty good.

Coach Juli is going to continue the winning program established last season. Much to be excited about!. I made a direct contribution to the Women?s Program and Coach Juli took her valuable time now to send me a hand written thank you note. This was a very good  indication of her attention to detail and the Class she represents the program with. I encourage support for what should be another great season!

BB Doesn?t work out for yeast track Coach should get her. Herd needs sprinters. Distance carrying the program.  I think she will be good in BB

Timberlynn Yeast.
Collected over  2,100 career-points and over 1,000 career-rebounds in her high school career for Mercer County in Kentucky ... The 2023 Co-12th Region Player of the Year winner ... 2022 Gatorade Player of the Year nominee ... 3x All-State player and a 3x All-Tournament player.

Allie averaged 16 ppg and named MSAC POY so she will likely be in mix for playing time as well.

I believe the spring signing period ends this week, so we should hear something soon

Have we seen anything in the 2 months of Corny that would make us believe he was the correct choice?  We hired an assistant off of a losing team to replace the head coach of the same losing team.

Not one other team would have given Corny the reigns of their program.  I wanted to move on but I also hoped the new coach would be similar to Coach Caldwell and energize the team.

Well, if that is true about Corny's hire, then we can all agree that at least MU is remaining CONSISTENT in their Head Coaching hires in Basketball!!  A decade ago or thereabouts, NOT one other D1 team would have given Danny D. the head reigns of their program either!!!

Title IX issues exist and we will only have 3 assistants.    That will however allow us to have an additional staff member on the road recruiting, but 3 actual assistant coaches "coaching."

That?s not how it works. The NCAA now allows a program to have 5 assistant coaches, but only 3 can recruit on the road.

would that be Jayda Allie (a SO this fall)?  so, with the addition of FR Ingram, we have 4 more scholarships to give?  coach will have a nice team if she can get 4 solid players
