  • Why don't we ever run a RB screen?! When they are blitzing this much it would kill them. Such predictable play calling.

  • Be careful suggesting something like a RB screen pass, some folks start screaming you want to replace the coach by wondering why we don't make such a simple and common sense change.
I don't like to lose, and that isn't so much because it is just a football game, but because defeat means the failure to reach your objective. I don't want a football player who doesn't take defeat to heart, who laughs it off with the thought, 'Oh, well, there's another Saturday.' The trouble in American life today, in business as well as in sports, is that too many people are afraid of competition. The result is that in some circles people have come to sneer at success if it costs hard work and training and sacrifice.- Knute Rockne

  • Run up the middle is a staple of this play calling and has been for quite a while.  If it doesn't work call it 20 more times.

  • I will say it again......we win in spite of Bill Legg, not because of him.  We play a decent team and look completely out gunned.  Our defense looks like a Rippon special today.
