  • 17 yard fumble and near interception pass.

    This is worse than Ohio.

  • The snaps from Center have been very poor for multiple games causing Litton to jump at many snaps.  Amazing after so many games that it continues.
I don't like to lose, and that isn't so much because it is just a football game, but because defeat means the failure to reach your objective. I don't want a football player who doesn't take defeat to heart, who laughs it off with the thought, 'Oh, well, there's another Saturday.' The trouble in American life today, in business as well as in sports, is that too many people are afraid of competition. The result is that in some circles people have come to sneer at success if it costs hard work and training and sacrifice.- Knute Rockne

  • Defense has got to get a three and out here and flip the field or we're cooked.

  • The Herd looks like a team who hasn't had a day off. MT is the better team today. I hope we can somehow steal a win.

  • They simply have more talent at the WR and RB positions.

Injuries and ego have killed us this year.

  • The defense has played well enough to win.  An unimaginative offensive scheme / play calling continues to be one of the glaring weaknesses.  Tony Peterson is sorely missed not only from improving offensive play calling but in developing a QB.  Litton throws quite a bit off his back foot and is uncertain once plays break down.

As for RB talent, they have averaged 129 yards per game. We are a sieve to their RB's.

You are kidding a bit on this one aren't you...........they also have fumbled twice in the Red Zone, could have scored on those too........we've have been bad offensively, but they have dominated the line of scrimmage........and at least for today, their Fr QB is much better than our Fr QB
