  • Turner wasn?t on the sideline at Georgia State and maybe I missed him playing tonight.  Is he still on the team?  I did see Jones in on a few plays.

  • My grandmother could have blocked better than our left tackle on that last play in which we turned the ball over on downs!!   7 sacks tonight allowed by the HERD against a "FCS team".

    This HERD program is unraveling rapidly under Huff.  MU needs to be bold and take drastic measures before the 24-25 season and completely "Blow Up" both its football and Men's basketball programs.  Start from scratch and rebuild completely, . . . . under completely different Coaching Staffs!!!

  • A coach does EVERYONE of his kids a disservice when he puts a player ahead of the team. I know for a fact that Huff loves Fancher. He is a great kid, but just because he is a great kid doesn't mean you can't allow him to not produce.

  • What we learned.  The only way Fancher comes out is if he?s on a stretcher.

  • Charles Huff:  "He talks the talk, but he "CRAWLS" the walk!"

    Marshall, with NEGATIVE rushing yardage tonight, played the ENTIRE game with an injured QB whose passing game is erratic and mediocre at best!!  Even Stevie Wonder could easily see the problems, and LUNACY, with such a game plan!!!  But Charles Huff apparently "CAN'T"!!!!!!

    Why.  It appears to be true.

    Cam should have been pulled from the game, he was clearly playing at half speed and he ain't that good at full speed.

    Because JJ Roberts was carted off with what might be a life-altering injury.

  • I'm transferring out if I am one of the other backs. Cams "rushes" weren't rushes, they were sacks. We didn't run a single effing running back other than Ethan Payne. WTH?????

    You'd think we'd have more options with all the great backs we've recruited and brought in from the portal (sarcasm).

  • Our line is terrible but Fancher seems to be the problem. He has no feel in the pocket, seems to not be able to process things in a quick enough manner. What would it hurt to give someone else a shot at this point?

  • Somehow it is fitting that Fancher takes two sacks to end the game.  Worst QB in modern MU era and we have a Coach who is not bright enough to try anyone else.

    Sadly...he may be a great guy;
    He may be a team guy. But:

    He Is The worst Starting Marshall Qb in nearly one half of a century...

  • Just ahead:  Coastal Carolina and Appy State ON the ROAD.  Then another road game at South Alabama sandwiched between home contest versus Georgia Southern and Arkansas State.  Right now, I can see perhaps a "W" against Ark. St., but that's about it.  A 5-7 or even a 6-6 final regular season record should NOT warrant any Bowl game for the HERD, IMO.  Personally, I believe such records will NOT move the needle positively among the MU fanbase!!!

    Yep.
    But even worse, this kind of offensive 'performance' isn't exactly gonna draw flies.
