I was 100% behind Huff and think a coach should get more than 1 year.  However I'm about 80% now.  Agree with all you said above.  Also want to add that maybe if Huff spent more time pulling the rope in our direction instead of out looking for a job the whole off-season then maybe we pull a win out.  At this point he is nothing more than a slick talker.

This is where I am at.

That 4 and 1/2 yard told me a lot about him. He knew his defense had been out there all night. Tired of this talk. He has enough players to win more games than this. He needs to walk the walk.

I don?t hate Harrison. I didn?t list him for this. I think he?s got a lot of natural talent. But I see Zamora as a kid who gets the ball out quick. I also have noticed he?s came to town a lot. Makes me think he?s a leader. He may be a bit of an overachiever. Harrison?s tape is better, but I like Zamoras attitude. Pennington is just Pennington. Grant is going to have his hands full with any of the three of the competition is really fair. All three are better than our backup. No knock to Zban.

We have 1 really good player Ali.  That?s it.  We have poor coords.  Our HC threw in the towel tonight.  We will need more talent than our opponents to win championships it looks like.  Our best ol guys graduate.  No kicking game.  We are in trouble

Team essentially just "quit" the last 8 to 10 minutes of the 4th Qtr, IMO.  Doesn't give the fan base a lot to be excited about going into next season as of right now. Outscored 20-0 in the 4th QTR!! And I mean if we are playing the SBC next fall, CUSA next fall, or even in the Mountain State Athletic Conference next fall!

We just don?t have anything swagger or style or identity in football or bball right now.  No cohesive focus and driving mentality. I?m really sick of watching us get smoked and embarrassed on national revision   Regarding Wells?.he?s  is a great young man I?m sure but he?s either physically still not 100% or he?s mentally broken. I don?t see him ever starting for us again.  Especially is we get a transfer in.

The coaches took our momentum away.  This one is on them.  Despite Wells play this game was a W with better coaching.

Regardless of any future potential recruits for next season, whether from the Portal, Jucos, or wherever, does anyone know if any of our already signed QB recruits plan to enroll in school for the Second semester and thus be available to participate in Spring practice, off season conditioning, etc.?

Everything I heard was he couldn?t learn the playbook. The few full high school games I got to see, he wasn?t like a field general but a good athlete. I think that?s why P5s ended up leaving him alone.

I came into this game hoping we could pull the upset. The problem is, when all you have is hope and no confidence, you get the result that happened last night. The top teams of the sunbelt are good. We should have beat ASU at their place. Last night, we played good for a couple of quarters. I agree with many the defense was gassed. Problem is, we looked gassed after that first Louisiana drive that put them up 7-0. Kudos to the guys for sucking it in and playing much better after that. Offense needs a major overall.
