Have no confirmation, but read on another forum that LSU QB Myles Brennan has enrolled at Southern Miss, which from my understanding is an NFL caliber QB.
Southern Miss has also hired Liberty OC Sam Gregg.
Southern Miss like Marshall has a rich football history that has been cloaked by mediocrity of recent years. Really hoping Marshall and Southern Miss come back to life in the Sun Belt and dominate their divisions. That said Appy St, Louisiana and Arkansas St are going to be some tough teams.
