Is it easier to work the portal or work HS recruits and develop them? 

The 3rd team P5 recruits aren't getting it done here.

Even WVU nearly got stranded in the AAC and had to beg to get into a P5 conference.  No market and no recruiting hotbed here

I'm not 1 of his fans, but he has worked the portal hard ever since he got the job. I do not question the man's effort, the results just aren't there.

We have very little idea who will be lining up for us in the fall, but Huff is working the portal hard.
