He is in way over his head in this job.  This is the reason you hire experienced coaches that have been around the block a few times.  Like Jim Donnan for example.  Snyder was at YSU, Minn and OSU.  He was an associate defensive coordinator for one year while at OSU.  Then he hires the recent college graduates to be assistant coaches.  He is like a deer in head lights.  Doesn't know which way to go.
