24, why do you think it is Doc that misjudges and burries talent on the depth chart? Who do you think should be playing right now that is not, that is better than the person currently playing their position? Who left that you think was better than the person that replaced them?
Tomell One, the big DT, was a starter and a captain one week and was gone from the program the next at mid-season last year.
Our long snapper quit in mid-week! Just didn't show up! We have had numerous difficulties with snaps on FG attempts this year.
Speaking of FG attempts, how about Grayson Pontious, Cole Phillips, Nick Smith, Amareto Curraj, or any other kicker we had on scholarship in '16 or '17?
Darian Owens was a 4-star highly-hyped receiver, originally committed to UCLA, who abruptly left after summer camp. With injuries to our WR's last week, don't you think he would have played? Isn't he better than a walk-on?
Our secondary stunk in 2016. A.J. Legget was a 4-star starter who abruptly left. Tiquan Lang was a starter and basically won the Purdue game for us... booted. Nickel back starter Antavis Rowe just disappeared. Speedy Howard was a guaranteed starter who redshirted then left the program.
Our offensive line stunk last year. Cody Collins abruptly quit in about Week 4. Speaking of offensive linemen, what about starting OT Fred Binot, who left after the season?
RB Trey Rodriguez abruptly left after Game 3. Either he was good enough to start or he wasn't. Our staff started him for 3 weeks.
Former starters at LB just left... Stefan Houston and Raheim Huskey.
